All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen external factors such as weather or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Selene Label is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping provider. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking updates.
Placing Orders & Cancellation

It is essential to verify that you have selected the correct product variants. Ensure the correct size and colour have been added to your cart. If everything is satisfactory, please click on the "Checkout" button.
On the following information page, you will need to enter your shipping address accurately. Ensure all information is correct before proceeding to add your payment details. We would like to highlight that all shipments are dispatched free of charge as a token of our appreciation to our customers.
In the payment section, you will have various payment options available. At Selene Label all payment methods are secured with SSL encryption, ensuring a safe payment environment.
