All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen external factors such as weather or carrier disruptions.

We’re proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees or minimum spend—just beautiful products delivered straight to your door.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your parcel’s journey using the provided tracking information. Please allow 2–3 business days after ordering for your tracking number to become active.

Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Selene Label is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping provider. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking updates.

Placing Orders & Cancellation

The order placement process at Selene Label is designed to be straightforward. Begin by navigating to the product page and adding your desired item to your shopping cart by clicking on the black "Add to cart" button.

It is essential to verify that you have selected the correct product variants. Ensure the correct size and colour have been added to your cart. If everything is satisfactory, please click on the "Checkout" button.

On the following information page, you will need to enter your shipping address accurately. Ensure all information is correct before proceeding to add your payment details. We would like to highlight that all shipments are dispatched free of charge as a token of our appreciation to our customers.

In the payment section, you will have various payment options available. At Selene Label all payment methods are secured with SSL encryption, ensuring a safe payment environment.

Please note: orders CANNOT be cancelled or changed once placed.
